After a warm introduction by former Sugar Land Mayor David Wallace, Keri Schmidt, President and CEO of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, gave a dynamic presentation to the Sugar Land Rotary Club and shared the Chamber's vision and direction for the future.
 
The Fort Bend Chamber is one of the largest in the state with more than 1,000 members. Schmidt has more than 10 years of experience with the Fort Bend Chamber. She is a recent graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, a four-year professional development program.
