![]() Jada was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and earned her B.A. in Social Work from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Before joining Parks Youth Ranch, she supported children and families through emergency disaster relief, bilingual case management, and refugee services. She became PYR’s Assistant Shelter Administrator in 2015, was licensed as a Child Care Administrator in 2016, and promoted to Shelter Administrator the same year. In 2023, she also assumed the role of Executive Director.

![]() Frank Liu is the founder of Lovett Commercial, Lovett Homes, Lovett Industrial, and InTown Homes—collectively known as Lovett—one of the most respected real estate development platforms in Texas. A Rice University alumnus with a degree in civil engineering, Frank has built a career defined by thoughtful urban development, design excellence, and long-term community impact.
Pearl Lake Pointe is a 376-unit multifamily project by The Morgan Group on approximately six acres directly adjacent to the Lake Pointe Green site, but outside the Lake Pointe Redevelopment District zoning boundary. The five-story development includes five live-work units, nearly 10,000 square feet of commercial office space, and a six-story parking garage. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, golf simulator, fifth-floor sky lounge, and a ground-level café. Construction began in fall 2025 and is estimated to be completed between 2027 and 2028.

The Club members and relatives and friends are all invited to Brazos Bend State Park for the weekend. You can come for the Day and see the Park or camp out for 1 or 2 nights. Come and enjoy the outdoors with your Rotary friends! Camping starts on Friday to Sunday. Picnic starts at 11am on Saturday at Elm Lake Pavilion. Bring famly games and your own drinks. Volunteers are needed to supply food and supplies for the picnic. Sign up on clipboard at club meetings or contact Salima Hirani. Questions about camping overnight contact Dean Clark.

Our Club large fundraiser will be held at Safari Texas Ranch starting at 6pm until 10:30pm with clean up after. We look forward to bringing in the elite individuals in Fort Bend County to this event. The event has a maximum of 300 person capacity in the Magnolia room at Safari Texas Ranch. We will have casino games, photo booth, Celebrity photos and other fun things to do. The Event will benefit local area non profits. Come and bring your significant other and all your adult friends.

![]() Dr. Marc Smith has served in public education for over 30 years, where he started his career as a classroom teacher and coach before advancing to campus and district leadership. For nearly 12 of those years, he served as superintendent in Duncanville ISD and Marshall ISD. In 2024, Dr. Smith returned “home” to Fort Bend ISD, where he honed his leadership skills as Executive Principal and Assistant Superintendent from 2006-2012.
