We are planning to have three routes, which means that we will need at least 6 volunteers. Each team will need 2 coolers, 1 for hot food and 1 for cold items. You can come for the Day and see the Park or camp out for 1 or 2 nights. Come and enjoy the outdoors with your Rotary friends! Camping starts on Friday to Sunday. Picnic starts at 11am on Saturday at Elm Lake Pavilion. Bring famly games and your own drinks. Volunteers are needed to supply food and supplies for the picnic. We look forward to bringing in the elite individuals in Fort Bend County to this event. The event has a maximum of 300 person capacity in the Magnolia room at Safari Texas Ranch. We will have casino games, photo booth, Celebrity photos and other fun things to do. The Event will benefit local area non profits. Come and bring your significant other and all your adult friends.
